Terms of Service

You may use Metricflow only if you can enter into a binding agreement and, where you use the service for a business, you are authorized to act for that business. You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping account credentials secure.

Metricflow uses role-based permissions. Employers control the business account and may invite or remove permitted team members. Admin and employee access is limited to the functions assigned to those roles. You must not attempt to bypass account, role, subscription or business-access restrictions.

Metricflow may provide a 14-day free trial without requiring payment at the start of the trial. Continued access to paid functionality after the trial may require a paid subscription.

Current plan names, prices, billing periods, feature availability and team limits are presented in the product at the time of purchase. Where offered, subscriptions renew according to the billing period selected unless cancelled or changed through the available billing controls.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges through the payment method and billing flow presented by Stripe. Taxes, if applicable, may be added as required. Billing status received from Stripe may determine paid feature access.

You retain responsibility for the restaurant and business data you submit to Metricflow. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, calculate, transform and display that data to operate and secure the service and provide requested features.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and authority to provide information entered into Metricflow, including information supplied by or about team members.

Metricflow reports, calculations and AI-assisted outputs are operational decision-support tools. They may depend on the completeness and accuracy of the data entered and should be reviewed before being relied upon for material business, accounting, tax, legal or financial decisions.

Metricflow is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, tax, investment or financial advice.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, access another business's data without authorization, probe or circumvent security controls, upload unlawful or harmful material, use the service to violate applicable law, or attempt to reverse engineer protected parts of the service except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

We work to operate Metricflow reliably, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party providers, network conditions and events outside our reasonable control. We may improve, modify or discontinue features as the service evolves, subject to applicable law and any commitments expressly made to you.

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, respond to security or abuse, address non-payment, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using Metricflow at any time and may use the available billing controls to manage a paid subscription.

Metricflow, its software, product design, branding and related materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of Metricflow and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.

To the extent permitted by law, Metricflow is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that every calculation, report, forecast, AI-assisted output or integration will be error-free or suitable for every business purpose.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Any limitation that cannot legally apply to you is limited only to the extent permitted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed in connection with Metricflow and forms part of the context for your use of the service.

We may update these Terms as Metricflow changes. The effective date above will be updated when revised Terms are published. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
