Privacy Policy

We process information you provide to create and operate an account, such as your name, email address, authentication details, role and business association.

We also process restaurant business data entered or generated through Metricflow, including sales, expenses, inventory records and movements, business settings, reports, team membership information, and related operational or financial records.

We may process technical and security information needed to operate the service, such as session, request, device, diagnostic and audit information made available through our application platform and service providers.

We use information to provide and secure Metricflow; authenticate users; enforce role and business access; calculate dashboards, P&L and reports; provide subscription and billing functionality; generate requested AI-assisted insights; maintain service reliability; investigate abuse or security events; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Metricflow supports email/password authentication and may offer third-party sign-in options such as Google or Apple. When you choose a third-party sign-in provider, that provider processes information under its own privacy terms and shares the account information needed to authenticate you to Metricflow.

Paid subscriptions are processed using Stripe. Metricflow does not need to store your full payment-card number in the application. Stripe may process payment, billing, customer and transaction information under Stripe's own privacy terms. Metricflow receives subscription, customer and payment-status information needed to manage access and billing.

Where AI Advisor is available to your plan and role, business data relevant to the requested analysis may be processed to generate the requested insight. Access is restricted by Metricflow's application roles and subscription entitlements.

Metricflow relies on service providers to host and operate parts of the product, including Base44 for application infrastructure and authentication-related services, Stripe for payments, and supported identity providers when you select provider sign-in. We may use additional infrastructure or operational providers where necessary to deliver and protect the service.

Metricflow is designed to scope operational records to the relevant restaurant or business account and to apply role-based access controls. Employers, admins and employees receive different application permissions, and protected business records are not intended to be publicly accessible.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain account and business records, protect the platform, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods can vary by record type and operational requirement.

To request access, correction or deletion of personal information associated with your Metricflow account, contact us at build@teedeehq.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

We use technical and organizational controls intended to protect account and business information, including authenticated access, role-based permissions and business-scoped data controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Our service providers may process information in locations other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements appropriate for the services they perform.

Metricflow is a business software service and is not directed to children. Users must be authorized to use the service on behalf of the relevant business.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
